Reasonable prices. No hourly charges.A suggestion would be to carry all the parts (at-least the frequently used ones) when they come to a job. The tech had to go and buy the part and come back to complete the job (for which he didn't charge).

Have used these guys twice now. They come home and fix the computers.Great guys and unbelievable prices. Very happy to recommend to anyone who needs laptop repairs.

Booking was a little difficult on the website. However, called and booked an urgent service. The guy turned up promptly and fixed the issue. He was going slow and I thought he was doing that for the hourly rates but, I was genuinely surprised when he charged me only $99 for the 1.5 hours spent onsite. He explained that they do only flat rates when on site and an additional $49 if the machine is offsite. I don't if they can sustain at this prices but, I seriously hope they do.
